"My whole family is with this awesome office. When I lost my mom,Ms. Tracy was right there for me. She stopped her insurance right away and refunded the premium paid. My grandma passed away suddenly in 2023 and they had all her life insurance ready for me to sign off and the funds were transferred without issue. Any time I needed to add a car or take one off, it was done almost instantly. I am set for auto pay but of for some reason it doesn't take, they always call me to let me know or they text me to let me know that it didn't go through. I call and they re run the payment with in minutes. I have had a couple tows and when I show my state farm card to the tow truck driver ( remember to always get towing it is a life saver) they just get my policy number and Tracy, Lee, or Tracy 2 handles it with them directly. When I do need to go in the office or just drop by to say hey, they are always welcoming, my kids love the candy bowl. I have been with statefarm since I got my license some 25 years ago and will never find a agent that cares as much has they do. I would have given more stars but it only let me give 5. To Tracy, Tracy 2, and Lee thanks for being part of my family :)"

"I have been with State Farm since I got my first car. My agent then was the legendary “Hutch” who was so thoughtful to care about each of his customers like family. Sadly, he passed and we were so heartbroken. We are blessed though, that we got such a great agent Andy Blanton! He had some big shoes to fill, and he and his whole office (Lee, Tracy W and Tracy) fit perfectly! Lee has helped me so much, and I am always thankful for his hard work. "Don’t trust this place! I signed up for 6 months of insurance for my vehicle and was not informed that had only paid for 3 months and that another payment was due 3 months later. I hit a hog driving home one night and totaled my car. Then I find out my insurance was canceled the month before and I never received any notifications via mail or text messages. This is a small town and the people in the office know me and should have called me and informed me I had a payment due. I know they told me a price so I would add another vehicle to my policy but never told me it was a split payment. I have paid in full every 6 months on my vehicles since I started with them in 2002. This is their error and will not fix it so I’m responsible for their negligence. So I strongly suggest you do not purchase anything from this office as you to may be left paying the bill on their negligence. I am closing all my policies I have with them and swapping to someone I can trust. Andy and Tracey were the reps that set up my policy but did nothing to try and fix their error."
